Order Confirmation

An order confirmation e-mail will be sent when your order has been received.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.  If there is any delay with your order, you will be notified via e-mail.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via U. S. Post Office, Priority Service.  Priority service is generally 3-4 days.

If overnight shipping if required, please e-mail or call your order.  All overnight shipments are shipped through FedEx.  Additionally charges are paid by buyer.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is added on all orders shipped within the state of California, unless a resale license or non-profit tax id is on file with Simply Scarves.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All purchases are guaranteed.  If you are not pleased with your purchase, just return to Simply Scarves within 30 days for a refund (shipping charges are not refundable).
